1. Cases Eligible for a Refund
We will consider a refund request only under the following circumstances:
- Technical failure on our end: the service is completely non-functional within 3 days of your initial purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a payment system error.
- Incorrect subscription length: you were billed for a period you did not select, confirmed by our order records.
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.
2. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the service after purchase.
- The request is made more than 3 days after the purchase date.
- The service is working correctly but specific channels, content, or features do not meet your personal preference.
- Your subscription was terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (including sharing, reselling, or misuse).
- Issues caused by your own internet connection, device, or third-party IPTV applications.
- Subscription renewal payments (you are responsible for managing your own renewal reminders).
- You did not test the service using our free trial before purchasing.
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not offered.
3. Free Trial — Try Before You Buy
We strongly encourage all new customers to request a free trial before purchasing a subscription. Our trial allows you to:
- Verify that the service streams correctly on your specific device and network.
- Test channel quality, VOD access, and EPG functionality.
- Confirm compatibility with your preferred IPTV application.
To request a free trial, contact us via WhatsApp or use the trial request form on our website. Customers who purchase without first trialling the service do so at their own risk and will generally not be eligible for a refund based on compatibility issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email address or username.
- Your order number or payment confirmation.
- A clear description of the issue you experienced.
- Evidence of the problem (screenshots, error messages, or a brief video if possible).
- Confirmation that you contacted support and the issue could not be resolved.

5. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, we aim to process it within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider and bank — typically 3–7 additional business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend and permanently terminate the associated account.
- Submit evidence of service delivery to contest the chargeback claim.
- Blacklist the associated payment method and email address from future purchases.
